Refund Policy

All Sales are considered final. No refunds. Exchanges may be allowed for items of equal or greater value. All exchanges must be handled on a case by case basis between the customer and an owner or manager of Rocky Mountain Christmas. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. 

 If an item is damaged in shipping and cannot be replaced, a credit will be issued the customer's credit card account.

All exchanges or damage claims must either be submitted via e-mail to orders@rockymountainchristmas.com or by phone to (435) 649-9169.
